What I Love Wednesday: Bifold Door Update Reveal, 15 Perfectly Decorated Rooms, and Things I Love

Project Reveal

First, the closet medallion project I’ve been obsessed with since the stay at home order started…. is finished! I’m very happy with it. If you remember, these are small plaster ceiling medallions attached to bifold doors to give them a little update. Wall painting is in progress, as you might notice:

Cute, right?

15 of The Best Rooms I Saw This Week

Next, these to me are simply jaw dropping. I love every single one of these rooms and will refer back often to them I’m sure (photos link to sources):

That marble bathroom! I never knew I could love a bathroom with a shower curtain so much.

Things I Love

Just a few recommendations today, but good ones indeed. This end table / night table is awesome. It’s very well priced (low $200s with slight differences for color), it’s very good quality, and it’s beautiful. We just put it in a client’s house in gray and she loves it (hoping to have photos when the room is done):

This duvet cover just arrived for one of the beds in my house. It was about $60 (very reasonable), and it is so soft and looks just like the photo (a few wrinkles out of the bag but honestly not a lot). It’s definitely one of the nicer ones I’ve ever bought. I pickled it for the 5 star reviews, and they were accurate. I love it and it comes in several colors:

This chair is on my list for my tv room when I can do it. It’s Sunbrella fabric and a recliner and has awesome reviews and is reasonably priced – it would be at least twice this at most stores I think. I think the nail heads are often a sign of quality, and these are well done. It comes in hundreds of colors:

Speaking of chairs, this one is always at the top of my list. It has been a winner for years (so comfy) and I hope it is never ever discontinued:

Another thing I hope never gets discontinued is this flat wear. I have had it for many years, and I can attest that it has had a hard life (I’ll admit I have opened paint cans with the knives and have used the backs of spoons as a hammer in a pinch)… and it still looks new despite all that. And it’s nice and heavy and by far my favorite of what I own:

I also looooooove this hotel silver. I don’t have it, but want it (but can only justify so much flat wear. I’d buy it all if I could):

I had this sofa in chartreuse in my old home office. I so wish I had a place for it in the new home, but I didn’t so I sold it. I miss it often and recommend it completely. It was so comfy and very good quality:

This light is as pretty and well made as it looks. I have ordered it for people a few times and it’s really nice:

These dough bowls are so much better than the ones I got at Home Goods. I wish I bought these instead:

I like the idea of using one as a centerpiece with candles in it:

Finally, this is a cute little accent that I want but haven’t bought. I did read a good idea about buying faux coral at the pet/fish store (very inexpensive) and spray painting it. Hmmm, maybe, but I have never seen one as pretty as this shape:

Until next time, stay safe and happy decorating everyone.
