The Inspired Home is Anthropologie’s new Spring 2016 furniture and home decor collection. And it is stunning. I’ve mentioned it before, but this is the one store I work with personally and consistently (and the only one I mention for fashion and shoes and things not decor-related). The window displays alone are absolutely incredible. I truly hope they give a big huge prize to the associate who does the best one each year.
I first heard of Anthropologie so long ago when I walked into a store in a mall and fell in love with the quirky knobs and kitchen wares. Like I always say about this store – you just cannot get the same unique pieces anywhere else, at least on this scale or at this quality.

So the big news, besides the new home line (below) is that Anthropologie is launching several expanded stores this year, with entire shoe and beauty departments and things like that. And dedicated furniture stores. Isn’t that amazing? They will be on the West Coast to start, so I won’t see one just yet, but I hope some of you get to.
Personally, I am beyond excited that a new regular store is coming near me this year – Derby Street in Hingham for local readers. I wholeheartedly believe in this store and their products. A good friend bought a sofa last month, has it already, and loves it. That is the experience I always have with clients, too. And lord knows I have bought my share and always been thrilled (my biggest purchase – the ginormous floor mirror in by bedroom). So when my rep called and asked me to write this post announcing the new catalog, I was happy to.
This is a really long post, but I couldn’t stop adding images because I think they are all gorgeous. You can click each section title (in pink – like “Look Book Rooms Scenes” just below) to go to that section of the website, which is HUGE. Or click any image:
