Hi everyone. What trying times we are living in! I sincerely hope you are all able to be home during the next weeks, and am thinking about you all. I am fortunate that I am able to work from home to some extent, so I’m spending my days with kids, trying to stay productive, and trying not to worry too much. One way I do that is to write blog posts. I know it might seem trivial to be talking about decorating right now, but seeing a little normalcy and beauty each day helps me. So I’m going to keep doing it, and hope you find a moment of distraction in my posts.
I can’t help anyone be safe, but you all mean a lot to me, and I want to give back. I thought that since I’m not out seeing clients, I have free time and would love to help readers brighten their days. So I’m offering complimentary color consultations. You can send me your room photos and any relevant information (I can be more precise to your desires if you tell me what colors you tend to like, what you’re looking for, the color scheme of your homes, etc.) I would ask that I be able to publish them in a post if you’re willing, but if you’re not, that’s ok too, and I’ll still answer your emails with my picks.
I don’t know if it’s safe to go to the paint store, but you can at least think about spring colors and plan for when we are back to normal! (Some paint is mail order, too, like Farrow and Ball at Anthropologie. My daughter and I are painting her room this week and attempting a wall mural with acrylics from mail order…I’ll keep you posted on how it goes).
We all have to keep busy and stick together! So send me your photos and I’ll do as many as I can in the coming days.
